reorgchk issue.....with deadlock

Dear All,
Please look in my issue.

I am running below command...
db2 reorgchk update statistics on table all

but throwing error
SQL2310N The utility could not generate statistics. Error "-911" was
returned.

when i look in db2diag file ..there are also some errors and severe ..mentioned below...

Also throwing deadlock error...increasing deadlock counter when i run reorgchk command....

Why this type issue is coming now ..few days back it was working fine.

Pawan, take a look below, if this is your case, please let us know:

ONLINE INDEX REORG

In SMS mode, online index reorganization and online backup are
incompatible in the same way that online index create and online backup
are incompatible.

In DMS mode, online index reorganization and
online backup can run concurrently in most cases. The only case where
they are not compatible is the same case that is described above for
online index create and online backup.

In addition, online index
reorganization quiesces the table before the switch phase and gets a Z
lock, which prevents an online backup.

I am not doing reorg on tables and indexes....

I am firing the command

db2 reorgchk update statistics on table all

it does firstly runstat and update statistics of the database....and tells also which tables neet to be reorg.....
