                 I have been working with a small company & here no documentation related to database. So please guide me which types documents I need to prepare related to database.

- Who uses the database
- Politics of Backup, Runstats, Reorg
- How the database is monitored
- Configurations: IPs, Ports, instances, Passwords
- Description of databases: Size, history of the size of database
- Description of database: What applications use the database and what is the goal of database

Above is some examples of which types document you have to createn to your database.
